what truck and year did seats with a part number 15729753 come from and they are navy blue and fit in my 2002 1500 silverado regular cab

Bought navy blue seats off craigslist these came from a gm vehicle but I cant find out
where it came from because all the part numbers i have found on the seats arent showing
up anywhere on the internet I definetly need some help on this. The seats do fit perfectly
in my truck but I wanted to replace the bezel on the seat adjuster side and also buy some
seat covers and really figure out why I have not been able to figure out anything on these
seats and no one I know has any clue either. Thanks in advance: part numbers I have
found:15729753     80c070 and 808185 first number was under the seat bottom on a
sticker. the others are random numbers i found on different places on the seats
