High rpm but truck won’t move

My 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 acts like it is neutral when
I’m in gear. While I’m driving it will act like it goes in
neutral. I hit the gas and the rpms go thru the roof but the
truck won’t accelerate. I have 190000 miles on it. Any help
appreciated

Did you check the transmission fluid level? You probably need to rebuild the transmission.
