My 2003 Chevy Silverado check engine light won't go off

changed oxygen csensors all 4 changed spark plugs
wires and oil and pvc valve and put seafoam in the
truck and drove for 100 miles and the computer still
hasn't reset and the check engine light still on

Plus the computer won't run the diagnostics on some systems unless the gas gauge is between three quarters and one quarter full. Getting the trouble codes will tell you what is actually wrong with the vehicle instead of just throwing money and parts at it! Most auto parts stores will scan the computer for free. A $25 code scanner to read codes and clear them is much cheaper than an O2 sensor.

If you can't scan / read the OBDII codes with a cheap code reader, then I would first remove one of the battery cables for ~ 2 minutes and then re-install it. That will reset the system electronics and may reset the Check Engine Light. The OBDII code reader step will be necessary if this does not help.
