transmission just had rebuilt in 13 months ago goes in revers and drive at 20
mph slips if gas it jumps trans shop said warranty 12 months could it be
electrical ??

Maybe be related to a solenoid, but also could be a low fluid level or other issue. Have it diagnosed sooner than later, the long you drive with it slipping, the more damage. The shop might cut you some slack on a repair since you are just out of warranty depending on the problem.
