My battery went dead on my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, I had it jumped off went to the gas station to get gas, tried starting it and nothing happened. It has juice but nothing when trying to start

With key turned on I get no fuel pump
no turnover nothing what could it be

Found that I had a blown 40amp fuse Under the hood, apparently when I had it jumped off it blew that fuse. Go figgure

You need to service that battery and clean your connections. letting your alternator bring the battery all the way back up by itself can easy shorten the alternator's life. the cable that feeds the power distribution box needs clean and tight connections. sometimes the more you look the more you find.
