Check engine light

I have a 2003 chevy  Silverado the check
engine light has been on for a long time
but I hook it up to the computer it says
sensor one bank one O2 sensor is bad
could someone please tell me where that
sensors located at on my pick up on the
passenger or the driver side and before or
after the cat.  Here recently it has started
acting funny  I can put the gas pedal all
over the floor and it will just barely slug a
long

2004 GMC 1500 Sierra 5.3 same issue but not sure it is the O2 sensor.

Had the same problem. Your catalytic converter could be clogged.
