Silverado 4.3l electric problem

I have. 2003 Silverado with the 4.3l and one day I
went out and started the truck and ran fine. Then it
just died. No power. Turned key and all dead. No
light inside or outside. No anything..Every once in
awhile I can go out turn the key to on and
everything flashes on for just a split second then it’s
back to nothing working at all.. it’s not a bad
battery. I was thinking maybe bad main ground. But
idk where to start. Please help
