2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.3

I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado the check engine light
flashes when I'm going up a steep hill it starts losing
pressure I replaced the Cadillac converters and the spark
plugs and distributor cap and wires I go 65 miles per hour
then it drops down to 40 miles per hour and the vehicle
starts to shake and loses pressure what can be the
problem

First off an 04 doesn't have a distributor cap, it has coil packs. So there's no way you could have replaced it. You might want To find out where it's misfiring and replace the coils on that cylinder

Have anyone tried changing the sensor on the gas peddle? Seems to be another bad part of gmc

Billy as a matter of fact yes they did use a distributor on some wt styles i happen to own a 2004 gmc sierra 1500 wt with a 4.3L v6 distributor style

my 2004 chevy silverado 4.3 have a distributor, distributor cap and a rotor in there.

04 Silverado has distrib and cap on V6, V8 went to coil packs much earlier. (99-2000?)

if you have a 4.3 v-6 you dont have a truck you have a mangina
