He's hesitating to go up a steep grade at 70 miles per hour losing horsepower

Asked by ca951guy Dec 15, 2016 at 12:10 AM about the 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab LB RWD

Hesitating to go up a steep Grade @ 70 MPh. I replace
Cadillac converters O2 sensors cap and rotor and wires.
Got the transmission rebuilt 2 years ago clue less please
help
