Only 2,4,6& 8 cylinders are firing

Ok my 5.3 only fires the passenger side coils after
swaping 4.8 to 5.3.

    04 LS 5.3 with crane Cam won't fire the driver side coils after engine swap. Took out the 4.8 and went back with 5.3. help please!!!
