2005 Chevy Silverado 4.3 no spark, no dashlights

I have a 2005 Silverado 4.3 crank no start. Being the
tard I am, i threw every part at it I could think
of....distributor (think I set timing correctly TDC),
cap, plugs, wires, ignition control module (junkyard),
crankshaft sensor, battery, and starter. Truck has
been at mechanic who tells me hes not getting any
dash lights, not even no seatbelt and so on. Also
says can not communicate with his scanner. Could
this be as simple as dash light dimmer switch? But
still no start. Spins over good. Thoughts
suggestions are GREATLY appreciated! Thank you
very much

Thank you for the help. Truck is still at mechanic. No news yet. Hopefully it's not ECM $$$!
