How do I reset the airbag system

Just had the oil changed and now the display says to service Airbag system.

it might be because the censor in the seat is broken, and the system cant determine whether a person is seated or not. If so, a quick fix is an airbag simulator, causing the system to think that a person is always seated. In case of a collision, the airbag will go off no matter if a person is seated or not. It is easy and cheap to fix it in this way.

I just had my 1500 Silverado in a front end collision an DC the airbag in the steering wheel deployed. It was the only one that did deploy but now when I tur the ignition on it wont do anything but fire up some fuses. What as got to be done to juice the truck back up?
