i just changed the valve cover gaskets on my black sc last week i didnt remove any of the bracketry. i removed the 3x supercharger retaining bolts, sc belt, detached the throttle cable, unbolted the 2x 8mm or 5/16s bolts for the cable and cruise cable, disconnected the vac lines, removed the 2x 13mm bolts from the upper IC flange, removed the 2x 13mm bolts from the IC flange at the boost plenum, disconnect iac, maf, tp, and pulled the s/c with the throttle body vac plenum and throttle body as a whole. I had enough room to change them both, took me 2 hours and that included changing the oil and filter as well.
