I changed the supercharger pulley to a 10 % pulley. Now at 5 psi of boost the engine breaks up. Why?

LOts of things need to be addressed after increasing boost. First, You will need more fuel. Bigger injectors are a start, but boost referencing and mapping a fuel curve should be in your future. Also timing. Higher cylinder pressures will require re timing the vehicle. Taking 5 to 7 degrees of total timing out will help but the entire timing curve should be adjusted.
