What type of bulbs would be a better upgrade?

I am trying to upgrade my stock headlights and fog lamps. I like the ultra white bulbs but couldn't find pictures of them on silverado's. I am looking for a bulb that is clearer and able to see better. I have seen trucks with new bulbs in at night and they look baby blue somewhat. I found the Wizard Ultra White Headlights and fog lamps bulbs by IPCW. Are they good?

Ive bought several bulbs for several vehicles and found the Sylvania Silverstar bulbs to be the best for the money you can pick them up at your local auto parts store.They also came out with a Silverstar Ultra thats even brighter, but the regular Silverstars work great.
