Why is cylinder 5 misfiring on my 5.3 vortec?

I have a 2005 Silverado with a 5.3 vortec. Cylinder 5
is misfiring and I do not know what else it can be.
Changed plugs and wires and coil packs. Had it in
a shop looking for what else it could be. It has
161,000 miles and usually misfires around 55 mph.
The fuel pump sounds loud after about 10 minutes
after it’s running. I’ve also changed the purge valve
and evap vent valve.
