So my 06 chevy has about 10 to 15 psi at start up
and gets lower at idle going down the road it's at
about 30 to 35 psi. Just changed the oil today.
Truck has around 270,000 miles any help would be
awesome.

I don't know liter size of engine? I looked at 5.3L. Fuel pressure, key on engine off, 55--62 psi. Sounds like the pump, to me. You can check good voltage and ground at the pump. If the engine size is different, you might let us know. Just my opinion.
Sounds like your internal engine components are wearing which is normal on 270k mileage. You could run premium 10w-30 oil to build your oil pressure up.
At that mileage I'd suspect you're seeing the first signs of worn bearings. You can use a heavier weight oil to buy you some time. But I believe your engine is near the end of its useful life. Hope that helps! Jim
