Ok I took the battery out of my 2003 Chevy Silverado and then put it back in all gages worked before but first when I hucked the battery back up none of the gages was working so I understand if hucked

Try disconnecting the battery again. Did you remove the positive cable first, then the negative, and reinstall the positive first, then negative? Any sparks? I would check the fuses if you didn't.
