Which truck bed would be best?

I have a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 extended cab. I'm
looking to put a standard bed on it I had a utility bed on it
now. I need to know what years will fit and does it have to
be 2500?

Your generation truck runs from 1999 to 2007. Best would be the same year as trims may have changed a bit.
