Can't do text. I suspect you are referring to the bearings inner race. If the bearing got so hot that it's siezed ... there is a good chance you removed the temper (hardness) in the spindle. If it got so hot the the inly way I know of to get it off is ether a Dremel or Dumore high speed grinder using a 1/32" waiffer cutter and a steady hand. The wheel will cut a 1/32 slot at a right angle on the race and you can drive a wedge into the cut. The bearing will snap in half. U gotta know what you are doing ,,, and U gotta be careful and above all .... wear safety glasses
