2002 chevy 6.6 duramax

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ive been having battery trouble lately. I drove my truck
30miles home after jumping it at my jobsite. Get in the
driveway, shut it off, try to turn on almost immediately after
and it just clicked and went dead. I have it on a charger
tonight. This just started about a month ago. Replaced
alternator less than 6 months ago. Will try batterys
tomorrow with our shop. Any ideas?? I will have them check
all grounds and connections.

Check your battery with a load tester, even though you replaced the alternator, check and make sure it id putting out enough voltage....ans as you said check and clean all connections

It was the batterys. No problem since. And connections were a little loose. Sorry so late getting back.
