05 Chevy slow start

My 05 Chevy 2500 started slow after a cold night,
but then continued to and the clock would reset
like battery was in hooked, checked connection,
and took multimeter to that and has 12.5 ,
alternator charges at 14.5 looking now for a
parasitic drain, but also noticed the heater doesn't
blow at 3 or 4 could that be a cause , the blower
motor?
