My 1993 explorer makes a moaning noise when I turn to the right, when this happened before the brakes went out. I had the brakes replaced and the master cylinder replaced 3 times and now it's happening again.

Moaning when the wheel is turned and the engine running is a signal to check the power steering pump. Start the engine. With the vehicle not moving, turn the wheel. If it moans, check the pump.
