WHERE IS THE THERMOSTAT ON A 93 FORD PROBE GT?

WE CAN DRIVE THE CAR AND IT DONT OVERHEAT MOST OF THE TIME.WE DROVE FOR A HOUR TODAY THE TEMPERATURE STAYED STEADY.THEN ALL OF A SUUDDEN THE TEMPERATURE STARTED GOING UP REAL FAST.KEPT WATCHING IT IT CAME BACK DOWN BEFORE IT GOT TO THE H.IT HAS DONE THIS SEVERAL TIMES.ALSO CANT FIND QWHER THE THERMOSTATS AT.

Hi MCS3080, Follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator into the engine block. There you should find a dome shaped housing. This is where the thermostat is located. Hope this helps!
