I have a 2002 Z71 and have leveled it with a kit. I was wondering if I could use 315/70/R17 on it or if the largest I can go is as you stated above 285/70/R17. Also, the guy at the tire store mentioned something about my ABS possibly not working if I went with the 315's, Do you know anything regarding this issue, or is it really not an issue?

I should mention that mine is a Tahoe and the 17 inch rims are stock. I am looking at the Revo 2 Tires. Thank you.

if you change your rims to a wider style you can go with 35" tires you will just have to trim the bumper a little but your suspension will be fine i run a 92 sub with no lift kit and run 35" micky thompsons just a little trim here and there

if you want to keep the factory wheels,go 1 size bigger than what came on it,this will not change the calabration of the speedodometor.
