you will have to take the cluster out and apart and see if you can spin the needle back around

your talking abt taking off the the glass to the speedometer or the the entire console

to get the cover off you it will need to come out of the dash

its not glass its plastic it should have tabs that need to be released to come off

DONT KNOW I LOCKED MY KEYS OIN THERE AND WHN THE LOCK SMITH OPEN THE DOOR IT WAS LIKE THT BUT IT WAS RUNNING IT WAS LIKE THT WHN I LEFT IN THE TRUCK BUT AFTR 8 HRS I STARTED IT UP I GOT OUT MUST HAVE LOCKED THE DOOR BY ACCIDENT AND WHEN I GOT BACK IN IT WAS LIKE THT SOMETIMES IT MOVES BACKWARD AND SOMETIMES IT DONT MOVE AT ALL

Just saying not to be so quick to correct it until you figure out why it changed in the first place. It sounded like you though the locksmith did something. It could be something that can be changed back without removing/repositioning the needles.
