I haven't driven my 2004 Mach 1 since October 2016 I tried to turn it on, but it won't start the engine does turn but I think the pump isn't turning on.

Check your fuel pump circuit including fuses and relays. Connections should be ok from just sitting.

you should be able to hear your fuel pump run if you just turn the key on don't start should hear it run, also check your manual for the emergency fuel shut off
