If it's flawless and the owner can document all maintenance: maybe. For reference, I have a 2006 V6 Mustang convertible on my lot, also with 63k miles, for $10949. As for the GT, you should research the price on NADA, Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds to see what they're selling for in your area.

Don't know where you are located but KBB shows $15k as dealer retail price.
