What is going on with my SALE??? Supposedly an offer was accepted. I got NOTHING.

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

This web site is stupid.  My ad was activated, I had offers, I went back and
forth on a price with a buyer and have accepted the offer.   There were 14
unanswered messages that I could not address in the process, because
CarGurus decided to ask me to upload a photo of the car with a note on it.
At the time, I was 40 miles from the car.  Now I cannot see what's going on
with my sale.    Not a good scenario.

I closed my listing. I reopened it the next day. I had an offer for a lower price. I counteed and the buyer accepted my price. I am now awaiting for some response from the buyer to Car Guru's "Invitation" to purchase.... How long is a seller supposed to wait, with no communication? In my limited experience with Car Gurus, selling as an individual is not a smooth process.... Somebody throw me a bone with some info to make this better....
