Use digital multimeter across battery posts, everything off, the generic spec for a full charge is 12.6 volts. If battery is down, use a charger and get it charged up. Make sure battery connections all good. With meter leads still touching battery posts, have helper turn key to crank, what's the reading, does it drop, how far? With engine running, check bat terminal at alternator, with accessories on, I like to see as much over 13 volts as I can get. Any applicable trouble codes?
