transmission reverse gear

I cannot get into
reverse,  I can move
the selector to reverse but no tires
spin on ice. Sounds like I am in neutral

Time for a new Tranny my friend... Crown vic of that year with a 5-speed in it would be cool ;)

You burnt out reverse doing something. Or it just crapped out. Vic's have notoriously shitty tranny's. New tranny time. Or fix the old one. If you know your way around a tranny find a new reverse gear on do it up. Mechanics can fix it for some bank though.

ok i had the same issue with mine check the clear plastic part under the car that changes the gears if it came out of place or broke off it cost 8 dollars and a dealership so check that our and respond
