Window motors

All windows go down none of the windows come
back up without assistance thinking it's this safety
saying built into the motors that disengages so you
don't squishy fingers is there any way to repair this
without removing the window motor with regulator
outs such a pain

My first thought is to check power window circuit breaker, in the diagram. When the problem is ongoing is that circuit breaker hot or warm to the touch, when operating windows? If it is hot to the touch, maybe a power window motor that has a problem? There may be other issues?
