I have a 1999 Crown Victoria. While driving my
headlights will turn off and won't turn back on for a
minute or so. The circuit breaker for the headlights
is extremely hot to touch. Any idea what can be
causing that?

the lighting control module causes this. check for heat there, its above gas pedal
