my 2001 crown vic has a slight engine miss at about 30 t0 40 miles phr.can not find problem

crown vic has engine miss at low speed, does not happen at hi speed or idle,check engine light is not on I have checked everything I can think of.what do you suggest?

Is it a repetitive miss or a one time hitch? That's about the range of overdive engaging (torque converter lockup). Something to consider if it's not constantly missing and everything else checks out. good luck!
