There would be a starter relay in one of the fuse boxes. If that doesn't do it, possible it could be the ignition switch.

Make sure ALL of the cables are clean, no corrosion and tight. I have seen bad grounds do this as well as cables that looked good but only had a couple of strands still connected. Also, just because it's new, it could still be a bad part. Just replaced a "New" alternator not long ago as battery would keep going dead and they were both new.
