No heat blowing cold

No heat blows.cold cab air with heater on  , I
changed the thermostat,  flush the heater core and
removed all air from the cooling system ( topped of
the coolant  resavore  what do you recommend I

Does the engine reach normal operating temp? Are the heater hoses hot, warmed up engine? Could be temp door under dash having a problem?
