Try the regular and if u don't see parformance issues, keep using it. I have a 2005 ford f150 that I've used regular since it was brand new and haven't had any issues with it, hoin on 200k miles with no valve repairs

Use name brand fuel with the lowest octane. Yes, the cheap grade is the best for your vehicle. Using premium or mid-grade will be a waste of money. Also try to buy "top tier" fuel as these fuels have better additive packages and this helps maintain a clean fuel system.
