1996 Economy Van; Break light is staying on and it is not the break switch. where is the relay?

They changed the multi switch by the steering column and the break witch and the break light is staying on. Where is the relay for the break switch?

If it the one on the dash then pull the e-brake release handle as you use your hand to pull up on e-brake pedal. If it's the ones on back of the van then try pulling up on the regular brake pedal. Sometimes this helps with these issues.
