1993 Ford Ranger XLT - What Does This Wire Do?

I am working on installing a new radio into my truck as the old one was very poorly put
on and not all of the wires were even attached. I noticed that there are three wires that
I am not sure what they do. The first is the orange and black wire, which seems to
allow the overhead lights to work whenever the key is to the on position. There is then
a blue and red which also lets the overhead light work, but permanently lights up the
dashboard lights. After that I am most boggled by the black and green one as it is not
listed in the wiring diagram for a 1993 Ranger.

I was wondering what the light blue and red one should connect to, as well as what the
orange and black one should connect to. I was also wondering if anyone knew what
the black and green one is?
