Transmission 2006 4wd ford escape

I was adding transmission fluid into my escape and it all ran out within know time? Would this be my
plug fell out or should I check for other problems?

You should look for the location of where "it ran out on no time". Transmissions normally do not have a plug so you may have other issues.
