Air Conditioner problem on my 2003 Ford Expedition

The air conditioner switches between front air vents intermittently when the air
conditioner is engaged. Is this a blend flap issue or something else?

If the blend doors are vacuum operated which I think they are you may have a vacuum leak.

Thank you, I didn’t even think about a vacuum leak. Would a vacuum leak cause the air to switch back and forth between the front defrost and the front air vents?
