Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4.6. I read previous post. The
instrument cluster and tail lights stop working . Checked all fuses and cannot
find blown fuses. The headlights, brake lights interior light dimmer, fog lights
work. I tested the trailer wiring and it shows all working but tail lights. What do
I check next?

Replace the stalk switch/light,s switch in steering column.
Stalk switch changed and no change. No instrunment lights, tag lights, tail lights. Still cant find a blown fuse. Any ideas
Did you ever figure out the problem ?? I have a 2004 Ford Expedition and it has the same issue and I'm not having any luck
I have a 2001 expedition with same issue. Fuse 18 keeps blowing when the lights are turned on. You ever figure out the issue? If you did call me at 916.583.4031
It's up in the break peddle way under the dash
Ok so sounds like you all are dealing with the same issue as I am. It's driving me crazier than I already am and that's not good either way you look at it lol. Just yesterday I found that one of my wiring harnesses that was connected to my heating and air controls was melted pretty good. I did also see that one of the wires on that harness was exposed. I don't know yet if that was causing a grounding issue or not and haven't had time to fix the issue yet unfortunately but I am going to try working on correcting the issue again today. Anyways I will keep ya'll posted on what happens if ya'll want?
