Hi I would like to know how do I remove a tooth
pick that my kids put inside the lock key in my
expedition 2003

You might try to put a small amount of glue on the end of another toothpick and gently slide it in to glue the two together. Let it dry completely and then pull them out

Try buying a pick and hook tool kit at Lowes or an auto parts store for about $10. Then you'll have tools for when they get stuff stuck in the future.
