Is the blower working in the rear. If not check fuses and motor.
I opened up the back where the cub holder is near the back door and I can hear a constant clicking sound
Blower is not working in back
Thats where the blower motor is the panel that the cup holder is in needs t come off
Okay so the blower is now working but no air comes out of the rear (4) vents. I can hear a constant clicking from a yellow square box inside where the blower is. Possibly a auctiator?
You're absolutely right, actuator is stripped, they're usually easy to change. Good job. take care
2003 expedition xtl no air from rear vents. I change Blend Door Actuator,A/C Heater Blend Door Lever, the fan blower motor also the fan blower motor resistor. All was broke everything is working but no air is coming from the vents. Before I put everything back together I still couldn't feel air from the hole ware the blower blowing. (Frustrated)
There are two actuators in the rear AC. One is easy and the other one is doable. Youtube shows how to loosen the rear AC cover to change the actuators.
