Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 Expedition Eddie Bauer 4WD which I bought brand new. However, I am now experiencing a lot of electrical problems. Cruise control coast button at times doens't work at all, the rear side windows won't open anymore, the front passenger side window switch literally started smoking, the headlights high beam at times won't work, and there has been numerous times when I'm driving it I can smell what seems to be rubber burning like it's the wiring under the dashboard. Also, when I take my key out of the ignition some times even 60 seconds after that I will hear the bing sound as if the key is still in the ignition. Do I need to contact Ford about these problems? My vehicle hasn't been in an accident or done anything like this before. I'm concerned it might catch fire while I'm driving it with my family in it!
