Heater core may still have air pockets trapped in it, you'll have to bleed and bleed again to the air out. For the windows and radio, check if you have a fuse out. Pop the cover off the fuse box, there should be a diagram of fuse listings to show which one governs those items, or you can pick up a little fuse tester and just go over all the fuses.

If heater blower still works, then you have 2 different issues. If fan is working but only blowing cold air, check to make sure hot coolant is circulating through the heater core. Feel heater hoses to see if they're hot. If not hot, replace thermostat. If hoses are hot, check heater fuses. If fuses are ok, check the heater blend door and climate switch. As for the windows and radio, check fuses
