Which tool would you use to replace lower ball
joints

I would consider OE control arms with the ball joints already installed vs trying to remove the factory ones. You need tools to remove the brakes and hub and disconnecting the axle shaft to access the ball joint. Regular wrench sockets and a large one to spin the axle nut. Then a good old fashion sledge hammer, and a C cup tool to press the new bar joint. That is the trickiest part. Check youtube for some videos
