I don't understand your problem. As I understand you, you have cold air. What are you calling "Cabin Air" and "Vented AC". Also, it sounds like when you press the temp button, nothing happens. The two problems are not related. Please try to give a much better definition of what is going on.
Larry, Thanks for the response. When I have the AC on and it is on recirculation(cabin air) there is very cold air. When I turn the nob to vented or non recirculated air with the AC on I have hot air. When it's on Recirculation or vented, turning the temp nob does not change the temperature(recirculation=cold & vented=hot). All of the positions on the selector nob settings work great, Defrost, heat, main vent, or main/feat. The air flow switches.
Manual controls. Clutch stays engaged because when the front is blowing hot air the rear system is still cold. No clicking noise, just the temp difference between recirculation a/c and vented a/c
Sounds like Blend Door doesn't function properly. Seems that vacuum supply is good or switching between Defrost, heat, main vent, etc. would not be working.
