Wont crank or starr

I have a 2003 ford expedition that won't start
whenever i try to start it i hear a clicking noise from
my fuse box and my gauges on my panel start
flickering. Does anyone have a idea what it could
be. Maybe something to do with fuse box since i
hear clicking noise from fuses box

dirty battery posts and dirty post clamps. Clean posts and inside clamps, recharge battery.

    My expedition wont go into drive i had to boost it. I press on gas and gauges wont move.. Nothing turns on inside windows wont roll up or down.
