My 2003 Expedition won't start. Replaced fuse panel which has a new fuel pump relay. What should I check next? Fuel filter or pump. It has 265,000 miles.

Do you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn on the key?

Did you check the fuses? If you have a multimeter you can check for power at the pump. If you have power to the pump you probably need a new fuel pump.

I dont think so. But I am hard of hearing. It does run if fed fuel thru air intake. This same issue occurred about 3 years a go and the I replaced the panel due to failed fuel pump relay. I checked fuses and none blown. SO I put a new panel in still does not start unless I put fuel in the air intake. I do have a volt meter. Wher is the plug for the pump located ? Near the tank.

My 2003 ford expedition dtaons my ba Battery overnight.battery starter.altrrnator are all good.
